Can I print my calendar?

  1. Settings → Calendars & Events → Exports & Subscriptions → Export PDF.
  2. Choose the view — Week, Month, Year, or Year (poster) — and the period.
  3. Pick a paper size and adjust the text size and, except for Week, the events shown per day — the live preview updates as you go, and you can zoom/pan the preview before generating. On a phone the preview sits below the options: scroll down to it.
  4. Choose which calendars to include (or tap All/None) and toggle Day photos, Calendar legend, Child events, and Grandchild events.
  5. Tap Generate PDF to save or share the file.
