Go to your Profile tab → tap the settings icon → scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Make sure location permissions are enabled for Conmigo in your phone's Settings app. On iOS: Settings → Conmigo → Location → While Using the App. On Android: Settings → Apps → Conmigo → Permissions → Location.
Check that notifications are enabled for Conmigo in your device settings. On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Conmigo. Also make sure you have a stable internet connection when using the app.
You can report a user directly from their profile by tapping the three-dot menu. You can also email us at support@conmigo.io with details and we'll investigate promptly.
Yes, Conmigo is free to download and use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core experience of finding athletes and joining activities will always be free.
Your approximate location is shown to other users so they can find athletes nearby. Your precise GPS coordinates are never shared publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Try closing and reopening the app, or uninstalling and reinstalling it. If the problem persists, email us at support@conmigo.io with your device model and iOS/Android version and we'll look into it.
