Is Cozi free?
Yes, with ads. The free plan includes the shared calendar, lists and recipe box. Cozi's app store listings say Gold lets you add, edit and view events more than 30 days ahead. Cozi Gold, $39 a year, also removes ads and adds month view on phones, calendar search, up to three reminders, change notifications, a birthday tracker and a shopping mode. Cozi Max, $79 a year, adds AI tools that turn emails into events, plan meals and create recipes. A two-week Gold trial is offered only when you start on the web.
Is Conmigo free?

Does Cozi sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, read-only. You paste a calendar's iCal link into Cozi to see its events, and you give other apps Cozi's link to see yours. Neither side can edit the other's events, and changes can take hours to appear. Conmigo syncs two ways with Google, Outlook and Apple: change an event in one place and the other follows.
What's a good Cozi alternative for friends, not just family?
Conmigo. It's built for the wider circle: friends, partners and relatives in other homes. You share the calendars you choose, at the level you choose, and invite anyone with a link. Friends don't need the app to RSVP, and once they answer, they can comment and add photos on the event.
Can I keep some events private from my family?
Not in Cozi. Its FAQ says Cozi is designed as a fully shared account with no restricted access option. In Conmigo, events are private by default. You choose who sees each calendar and how much: full details, titles and times, or only that you're busy. You can also hide a single event from everyone.
When Cozi is the better choice
- You run a household and want the grocery list, chores and meal plan next to the family calendar. Conmigo doesn't do lists or meal planning.
