A shared calendar app for couples

Updated November 2026

With Conmigo, you and your partner each connect your own calendars (Google, Outlook or Apple) and share them with each other, choosing how much detail the other one sees. Both schedules then sit in one place, so a free evening, a weekend away or an anniversary is something you can both see coming.

Two jobs, two calendars, one view

Most couples already run at least two calendars: a work one each, and a personal one somebody started years ago. You don't have to give any of them up. Connect them in Settings → Calendars & Events → Synced Accounts, choose which calendars to bring in, and Conmigo keeps them in step both ways, checking for changes every five minutes.

Then share with each other. Open the Calendars dropdown on the calendar page, tap the share icon next to Shared with me, pick your partner and the calendars, and choose a privacy level. Your work calendar can go as Busy Slots Only: your partner sees you're tied up from two to four, not who the meeting is with. Your personal calendar can go as Full Details. If your partner hasn't shared back, the Ask for theirs tab on the same screen sends them a request they can accept in a tap.

Date nights that actually happen

The hard part of date night is finding the night. In the Calendars dropdown, turn on Compare schedules. Every shared calendar you're viewing turns one contrasting color, so the evenings where neither of you has anything stand out.

Then make the plan. Tap the orange +, add your partner under WHO, set WHEN, and search for the restaurant under WHERE. Picking a real venue adds its rating, price, photos and a Get directions link. If you'd rather type it the way you'd say it, turn on NLP Event Adding (Settings → Preferences → AI Features) and write something like "dinner Friday 7pm downtown"; the fields fill themselves in. For a standing date night, turn on Repeat, choose every week or every two weeks, and tap the day.

Trips you plan together

A weekend away is a handful of plans: the train, the hotel, the dinner you booked weeks ago. In Conmigo, the trip is one event and the rest live inside it as its itinerary. To start one, long-press an event on your calendar and drag it onto the trip. After that, open the trip, scroll to Itinerary, tap Add, and tick events that fit inside its dates or create new ones.

Have the booking as a PDF or a screenshot? Drop it into the trip and Conmigo pulls out a day-by-day itinerary for you to check before anything is added. If your partner is invited to the trip, they can add their own events to the itinerary too, and you'll get a notification when they do.

Anniversaries, birthdays and the dates that matter

Add an anniversary once. Create the event, turn on Repeat and set it to every year. Then open Reminders and add one a few weeks ahead, time enough to book a table or find a gift, and another for the day itself. Every account also starts with a Birthdays calendar.

Planning a surprise? Open that event's Calendar Visibility and choose Not Visible to Others. It stays off the calendar you share. And the Year view puts the whole year on one screen: trips, birthdays, and the weekends still open.

How to set it up

  1. Each of you goes to conmigo.io or opens the iPhone app, taps Get Started, and signs in with a phone number, Google, Apple or email.
  2. Connect your existing calendars: Settings → Calendars & Events → Synced Accounts → + Connect, then pick calendars and tap Sync Now.
  3. Add each other: Who tab → Add your people, search by name or @username, and send a request.
  4. Share your calendars with each other from the Calendars dropdown, with a privacy level for each.
  5. Turn on Compare schedules, find a free night, and make your first plan with the orange +.

Frequently asked questions

Does my partner need an iPhone?
No. The iPhone app is free, and the web app works in any browser, including on Android. There isn't an Android app.
Will my partner see my work meetings?
Only what you choose. Share your work calendar as Busy Slots Only and they see when you're busy, not what the meeting is. Change it any time under Settings → Calendars & Events → Shared Calendars.
Can we keep using Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes. Conmigo syncs both ways with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar.
What does it cost?
The iPhone app is free. On the website, each account is free with one connected calendar account (Google, Outlook or Apple) and unlimited calendars inside it. Each extra connected account is a one-time $10. There's no subscription.
